“We’ve been loyal customers of Ness Restoration for over two decades, and they’ve consistently exceeded our expectations. Recently, when our refrigerator leaked and caused extensive damage to our kitchen floor, pantry, hallway, and guest bathroom, we didn’t hesitate to call them again.Ness Restoration’s response was swift and efficient. They quickly dried up the water, preventing further damage to our home. What impressed me most was their total approach to solving our problem. Not only did they expertly handle the water damage restoration, but they also went above and beyond by assisting us in finding a new refrigerator! Their willingness to work with our preferred contractors, such as our plumber, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The team was incredibly responsive and showed genuine care for our situation throughout the restoration process.The results were outstanding. Our floor now looks as good as new, if not better than before the incident. “So grateful… Ness was exactly what we needed when we needed it. We had brand new floors installed just 24 hours before our house flooded (water line came loose from the fridge) To start, when our house flooded we called at 7:30 AM and the owner was over within an hour. Within 2 hours, there were 2 more guys, within 3 hours, 5 more and within 3 hours there must’ve been 10+ people in our home ripping up flooring, starting with the fans, and explaining what was happening. I was particularly grateful for Michael, who showed some sympathy, which cannot be overlooked when going through one of the worst things that can happen to your home. Ness handled everything with the insurance company and were constantly attentive to our needs. In fact, we had some very meticulous requests and they attended to every one. Shout out to Michael (again!) for his daily help… He became a friend in this process and we couldn’t be more grateful that someone looked after the repairs of our home as if it were his own. “I prefer briefer reviews so people will read them BUT there is no way to briefly express how amazing this company is. Once I started talking to Ness, all my anxieties disappeared and I finally started seeing a light at the end of this very long tunnel that has consumed my 2022. Ness sent their team several weeks before originally scheduled to address mold that was unfortunately impacting my health and that of my animals. I’m still in awe at how smooth the coordinating with subcontractors went considering all the complex working parts of mold remediation in several areas of my home (entire crawlspace and areas in the kitchen, hot water storage closet, attic, and furnace platform). From the first call, Julie walked me through what to expect and answered questions I’ve had all year before I had a chance to ask. Anthony called with updates on a regular basis and was a man anyone would be blessed to have coordinate their project. Alfredo was thorough in his initial bid, soft hearted about a difficult situation, and also spent time clarifying the process. Abdi was Anthony’s right hand man, coordinated, helped the crew be as efficient as possible, and directly answered all my questions in the moment. During final walk through, Abdi took time to answer my final few questions. And wow the head members of the crew, Fred and Rafa, I cannot say enough about these men. They were so thorough, were in my house for over a week doing work that most people would never want to do, and went above and beyond in getting the job done correctly, including quality check on all subcontractors. Fred finished projects within the quality check and rebuild so I did not have to wait for subcontractors to come back the next week or have to hire other companies to do. There were a couple of areas where they needed to bust into dry wall and I knew I could trust this company to not “find” additional mold that was not truly there. They never tried to pad their bid, did not find any problems other than what we initially knew about, and minimized the dry wall damage to cut down on rebuild cost. They were always on time, courteous of my home, and put all safety measures into place. I pray I never experience mold in my beloved home again (yes I still love my home and plan to keep it forever), but if I ever need remediation again, Ness will be the only company I contact. All members were so kind and supportive–never made me feel like a number and always made me feel like my job was important. I had no doubt that I was dealing with professionals and have since recommended them to several people.
