Part-Time Water Mitigation Technician (IICRC Certified) – Nampa, Idaho
Ness Restoration & Remediation Inc. is seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Technician who takes pride in doing quality work and helping people during difficult situations.

This is a part-time position with primarily evening and weekend hours, offering up to 32 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform water mitigation services in residential properties
- Work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas using proper PPE and respirators
- Inspect damage, document conditions, and take job photos
- Remove damaged materials and clean affected areas
- Operate hand tools and restoration equipment
- Assist with rebuild work including drywall, tape & texture, and painting
- Follow proper safety procedures and mitigation protocols

Required Qualifications
- IICRC WTR Certification (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of water damage restoration experience
- Experience with drywall, painting, and finish work
- Valid Idaho driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED
- Availability for evenings and weekends
