About the Role

This is hands-on, physical work—not a desk job. Every day is different as you help homeowners recover from water, mold, and fire damage.

• Inspect and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas
• Wear proper PPE including respirators and safety gear
• Clean, remove, and repair damaged materials
• Operate hand and power tools
• Use cleaning agents and restoration chemicals
• Perform drywall repair, tape & texture, painting, and finish work
• Assist with mitigation and restoration processes

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow systems
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, crawling, and climbing
• Comfortable working in dirty, confined, or odor-heavy environments
• Desire to build a long-term career in restoration
• IICRC WTR Certification (Required)
• Experience with drywall, painting, and rebuild work

Requirements

• Valid Idaho driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or GED
• Availability for nights, weekends, and on-call rotation
